This is a cover for use on a shopping cart that would protect babies and young children from coming into contact with dirt and gems on the handle of the cart. Step 1 While standing in front of the shopping cart, snap on the top curve handle on to the handle bar
Step 2 Snap a second covering over the second bar in front of the child
Step 3 Place your child's favorite toy on the bar in front of the child.]

Step 2 Roll starting from the bottom into the top until it folds into the larger bar.
Step 3 Bend it and bag it.
