The present invention relates generally to athletic training equipment and, more specifically, to a portable tennis training apparatus that temporarily creates an elevated visual and physical target above an existing tennis net for practicing proper ball trajectory, depth control, consistency, and shot accuracy.The Netskim Tennis Trainer is a portable practice apparatus designed to be mounted above a conventional tennis net to establish a clearly defined target zone through which tennis balls should pass during practice.The apparatus spans substantially the width of the tennis net and is supported by attachment members secured to the existing net posts or to extension members mounted on the posts. The trainer is positioned above the top band of the tennis net at a predetermined adjustable height, such as approximately six inches above the existing net, although other elevations may be selected depending upon player skill level or desired training objectives.
